With all these current fad diets telling people to avoid certain foods such as the Atkins diet and low fat diet, people often times overlook the effects these eating habits have on their bodies.  Also, when they get off the diet and reintroduce these things back to their body, it is a recipe for regaining the weight back so to speak.</description>
